The location is superb, within a short walk to attractions. The window locking mechanism didn't work properly, raising safety concerns.

Good location, quiet and safe hotel. It is very close to the city, 20 min on foot or you can choose one of the trams which stop right in front of the hotel and be in the centre in a just few minutes. Tram 27 will take you to Cadorna station as well (convenient for those coming by Malpensa express or making trips to lakes Como and Garda). Hotel is remarkably clean, including rooms and bathrooms, I don't remember staying in such a clean hotel in some big European city.... Cappuccino which they serve for breakfast will make a great start of your day! Simply, my recommendation to all who seek not for luxury but for clean room and good sleep.
The building itself looks very old from the outside, so I was a bit worried when I was entering for the first time. But once inside, I forgot about its exterior.... The only thing that really bothered me a bit is the absence of any kind of fruits or non sweet things for breakfast (excluding one type of melted cheese)...

Love staying here. The staff was ultra friendly and informative. They recommended us to a fantastic restaurant across the street which we went to twice!! We were able to leave our bags with the 24 hour front desk after we checked out and when we did they sent us off to our next city with a bottle of Italian wine.Truly enjoyed my stay here. 15 min. Bus ride from the train station and 6-10 minute walk to the famous Duomo and shopping :-)

The hotel is conveniently located near public transport.
I was frustrated with the check-in process. I had assumed I could arrive late, but was surprised to find no one at the desk after 11 PM. I had to figure out the self-check-in process last minute, stressful. The room itself was not well-maintained, with dirty walls and worn-out bedding, which certainly did not meet my expectations for cleanliness.

Everything was very good; particularly helpful and friendly staff; smaller room but had everything to make our time efficient . . . The proprietor and staff are especially good with advice and directions: irreplaceable skills in a city so difficult to navigate!

Very good value for money, friendly staff, good location (15-20 minutes by feet to the very centre), or take any tram. Hotel district is definitely better than locations around the central railway station. For people like us, who spend all of the day watching the city, this was the ideal choice. At the end of the stay we even received a little gift.
This is not a complaint, but rather a comment - breakfast is very modest (especially for those who love to start the day with a ham sandwich or omelette) - but everything is fresh and tasty - this is pretty adequate to the value asked.

Hotel 22 Marzo offers a peaceful atmosphere that's perfect for relaxation. The location is excellent, providing easy access to explore Milan. The hotel's communal area has three drinking water taps-sparkling, cold, and room temperature-along with two coffee machines, all free of charge. My stay was made even better by Elton at reception. He was really helpful and had great suggestions for exploring the city. My Double Room was spacious and well-equipped but could use an extra chair and some drawers for storage. A slight issue arose with the window locking mechanism-it didn't secure properly, but it didn't significantly affect my stay. The cleanliness and comfort were great, with refreshing shower pressure and comfy bed linens enhancing my experience.

The room was very clean, warm and nice. Even though we stayed for only 2 days, on the second one the rooms was cleaned again. The staff is friendly and nice, the receptions is open 24 hrs. The location is excellent - a short walk to the Duomo and trams and buses pass by every couple of minutes. The breakfast was also very nice and tasty. Marzo 22 offers a great value for its price. I would definitely recommend it!

It was good value, had a very very good stay for my first night in Italy. Everything was perfect, yet a few employees were bad. Loved the location near to supermarket. There were a wide array of restaurants to eat, like Mercato del Suffragio that was only 5 minutes' walk away.
